Google Working On Fixing Favicons Not Displaying In Search Results

The Favicons issue has been persistent for weeks (around September 18th) even before the new site name and favicon release were announced. Now finally, Google’s John Mueller confirmed that Google Search is operating on a matter with some favicons not exhibiting appropriately in Google Search. 

John called this a “niche” issue, meaning it is not too general.
