Google Site Name Should Be At Domain Level While Favicons To Be At Domain & Subdomain Levels

Google has again defined in its help documentation for the new site name markup and old favicon requirements. As per the doc, site name should be defined at the domain level versus subdomain versus subdirectory levels.

In crisp, site names are backed at the domain level, and not at the subdomain or subdirectory level. Google also clarified that the favicons are supported at the domain and subdomain level, and not at the subdirectory level.
